I ordered 3 items in the buy 2 get 1 free promotion. 2 pairs of earrings and a ring. The items arrived within the stated time frame. Unfortunately I had misunderstood the sizing on one pair of the earrings and the earrings were too small for me. I emailed customer services who responded the next day and asked what size I would like. Even though the earrings were the free item, they replaced them free of charge. The items are as described on the website and I am very happy with the purchase. I will definitely consider purchasing from this company again.
