Within 24 hours of putting my new ring on, my finger was green. All of my rings are silver and I’ve never had a problem, I emailed them the next morning and they said it was a bad batch and they have sent a replacement. 2 days later my finger was itchy and horrible, I then emailed asking for a tracking number for the new ring and got a reply saying they can’t send me a replacement and will issue a refund. The first person I was speaking to said it had been sent and now 3 days later I’m not getting a replacement at all and no one had told me until I asked. Definitely don’t think I’ll be using them again to add to my collection, very disappointed.
