I purchased a dress that they claimed was linen and true to size, but it was too small and the fabric (not sure it was even linen) was see though. I immediately requested a return for refund via their posted timelines and was even provided a return label. I shipped the item back and notified them, and they responded that they would process my refund once the item was received. The tracking number confirmed delivery but I was never refunded my money. I sent numerous emails, but the never responded. I had to put in a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. I don’t usually post bad reviews, but hoping to save someone else from the headache of dealing with this company who has no integrity. And yes, I have receipts to back this up.
