From looking to purchase, to ordering and delivery and communication , it was a smooth seamless experience. The boots are lovely and comfy and go with any outfit and look good ... went for some lovely red/ burgundy ones ... highly recommend . Can't wait to wear them . 5* And very similar to some I tried on at the weekend which were much more expensive .
