This company is aka "Divaura" per Facebook, and possibly other platforms. I ordered a Christmas Advent calendar knowing it would be late for gift giving but figuring I could still give as a gift because it really fit my friend. The item not only was delivered December 31st, but it was delivered damaged. When I asked for a full refund when emailing them and having attached photos, 2 of the package, and 1 of the product showing the damage, they offered me a half refund and keep the damaged product, or keep the damaged and they will send me another one. Why would I want to keep it? Don't order from this company.
