I called customer service and spoke to someone - - on Thanksgiving morning! A Lovely young woman in Texas who's only accent was a drawl, I was trying to figure out why I didn't get an additional % off - and I just hadn't read the part about excluding exercise equipment. What a FANTASTIC shipping experience! I received the clothing and jump rope on Saturday - thats 2 days INCLUDING a Holiday and a Weekend Day. I received the rowing machine Monday Afternoon - a day early and 5 days including a weekend and holiday! It all arrived Fed Ex.Thank you DICK'S for such a positive experience. Your shipping is well thought out and you obviously put customer service first when it counts the most.
