The store in Ashland, Kentucky has lost a customer. I live an hour away from the store and called to confirm they had a product in stock. The person that answered the phone absolutely confirmed that they did have it. I made the trip immediately after calling only to find out that they did not have the product available. Horrible customer service. The person answering the phone should have checked especially after being a informed that I was traveling an hour to get there.
