I had an exceptional experience in the Killarney store with Ian. I have a back problem which makes hoovering very tough for me, he listened to this and recommended a vacuum that he uses himself and was very positive about his experience. I have been hoovering all day now for the first time in years with no pain in my back. He was very helpful and attentive. I will be back 😊
