I called to the Lucan store and spoke with Daniel. He went out of his way to locate the item I wanted in another branch as he did not have it in stock. He was very professional and took time to deal with all of our questions and did not rush us into a decision. We were able to pay for our purchases in Lucan and collect them in another branch. Overall well recommended .
