I would not even give them one star, they are using photos that I believe do not belong to them as the dresses I ordered do not even resemble the pictures. The products are cheap imitations and of extremely poor quality. Their own policies say they adhere to UK laws but so far they are refusing to pay my return postage fees. I am raising the dispute with PayPal as well.
