Very competent and friendly. The publication times are a bit long, as a 4-week rhythm is difficult for quick publications. Sometimes publications have to be published in 48 hours or at least 5 days because of their timeliness. We see scope for more flexibility here. But otherwise we are in very good hands, payments are made on time and the employees are competent and very friendly. Therefore, unreserved five stars.
