Literally just signed up this afternoon (AUS), said it was free to sign up, charged A$19.95 for 3 months. I thought that’s a good price. Went through the process to pay with Paypal. When I went back to the site, tried to sell me more stuff value A$54.99, which I said ‘SKIP’ this step. Next minute, an email thanking me for my purchase- I did not authorise this one. I have tried to cancel my payment through Paypal & have sent an email asking for refund. No answer to date. Not only that, when I set the account up, I entered a password- doesn’t work, requested a link for new password- no link sent. Therefore unable to access- have also now asked for refund of initial amount aswell. If nothing is done, I will pursue getting my refund through other means. I have photo evidence of trying to access my account. Update:Have now received an email saying the amounts have been refunded, I will be carefully watching my Paypal account.
