I appreciate the meal options , the challenge options, the academy information and I am encouraged by this program. I am not sure how to get help staying on track. I have developed some habits not conducive to overall health and find myself mindlessly sabotaging my efforts. Is there a place to share my struggles and hopefully get some new strategies to win the battle this time? FYI: I’m walking more, drinking more water, eating more protein which helps to curb the sugar cravings. My desire is to do more stretching, but I haven’t yet. I am very busy, re- tired! It seems everyone is busy these days.
