Having signed up and paid for this I realised immediately it’s not for me. I informed them and asked them for a refund. I was referred to the refund policy. I was informed the only way I could potentially get a refund is to try the plan for 14 days. How can they trade without a change your mind refund policy. A second email produced the same response. Be wary. !!
