Has anyone actually had their issues resolved ??? I’ve already contacted my bank because we believe it’s a fraud for not being able to cancel payments and it’s charging when unauthorized. It’s the second year I keep getting charged and I can’t find a solution so now I’m working with my bank to investigate this company.
