We'll also cancel your subscription to prevent further charges and grant you two years of complimentary access to the product, including all future updates.”I replied to the email authorizing them to go ahead and since have received the same generic email reply from them four times now… And each time I respond requesting they go through with the option provided, I received the same response as if it’s my first time contacting them.
