You can track your water intake, steps, weightloss, get educated on how to reduce inflammation, there are exercises on how to put into practice what you study in the academy, there are also workout routines. You can't input data the day after you have to put it in that very same day so if you forget to track your weight, water intake, your steps, you have lost the ability to record that data. As far as I can tell it doesn't sync with my smart watch so while I have the data on steps it's rare for me to be able to input as sometimes I go to sleep late and I forget and other times life gets overwhelming and it is just not convenient. The recipes are available...I am not there yet.
