As a company, I would expect you to send reminders to your subscribers before renewal, as is common business practice with other subscription services. I have never had an issue getting a refund for a canceled subscription the day a renewal was charged to my bank account. Customer service will not give me said refund, saying I did not cancel before renewal. I forgot I even had an automatic renewal, which tells you how often I actually used this service (i.e. never). I paid for the first full 6 months knowing I may (or may not) use the product. I refuse to pay for the next six months knowing I don't even have the app any longer! Refund your customers!
