There was what I would call "false advertising" about a free download that once you started down the path of questions it became payment oriented. When I clicked on the refund policy tab to learn more, it came up with an Error 404 (as it did for the email requesting this feedback for stars 1, 2 and 3. Surprisingly it worked for 4 stars). After subscribing there was notification that the amount paid would be withdrawn from my account on a regular basis. When I requested a refund because I was not informed it was an App, not a paper download that I wanted, they used the Error 404 Page of Policy Refund to explain why they would not give me a refund. I am still in communication with both the company and PayPal but they do not appear to be a transparent company that cares for its potential market (beyond their money). They seem to have washed their hands of me already! As for writing this without an incentive - wasn't there a $300 Amazon incentive?
