The subscription fee discounted of US$ 12.78 was to give me a personalized plan. I couldn't understand whether what they have as a plan is my personalized plan as despite marking myself as a vegetarian they send me a meal suggestion with TUNA. No help from customer service - once they take your money they are gone. Please don't waste your money and join this. So disappointed and fed up
