I placed an order and it’s been 3 days without any confirmation of shipping, despite paying extra for 2 day delivery, which has obviously not been honoured. They also haven’t responded to emails asking them where my order is or for any tracking information. I’m going to cancel my order if they haven’t already sent it and get back to me ASAP. Terrible customer service. AVOID
