I ordered 1 MFT from this website. This is the first time and definitely the last time I do it in my life. Awful customer service ever! They have never keeped their words and very unfailful! I saw the item on their website showed up as 'available for next day delivery', that was why I decided to ordered it from this web instead of another one. But that was my big mistake. Since my money was charge it was such a nightmare for waiting. 3 days from their promise 'next day delivery', I've got an email from them said, unfortunately the item was out of the stock and it would take about 1 week instead of 1 day. Fine, i was fine to wait 1 week. But then 1 week passed, nothing happened. Another email told me, unfortunately again, I needed to wait it for 3 weeks more. I was not happy, but I had no choice. So fine. I was keep waiting. And then, 3 weeks passed. Still nothing happened. Email them for a check, no one answer. Another email to both customer and sale apaterment in 3 days afterthat, no one answer me. Everything silent liked they forgot their custumer totally! Finally I had to call them to ask for the check. The man with his english was not good enough and sound like he had no idea about. The only answer I had from him was ' Can you just send an email to us and someone will reply you'. After alot of frustrating, finally I got the check. They had the lens there but they just forgot to send it to me like they promised ('since we got the lens we will send it straight away to you for next day delivery)I feIt very unhappy and asked for a cancel. But they again made their promise for the next day delivery. And again, nothing coming in the next day. I just got the lens on my hand about 1 week after that! Very very unhappy. I checked the lens and it didn't fix my camera. I request for a return. Like usual, no respond! After alot of frustrating to try to contact them and keep waiting an email from their unworkflow. The lens was checked as alright. But because it didn't fix my camera. I didn't want it back. I requested for refund. And again 2 weeks already, no one respond me after they made another lie promise ('we will comback to you tommorrow')Well, if you have enougt patient. Stay and play with them. I'm done. Never ever again!!! R.I.P OFFPs: another update: after they checked my lens return. Nothing wrong with the lens. It doesn't fix my camera but when I ask for the refund they said no. The reason was so funny: It lost a nilon bag (what they called form or whatever inside the box (?!)) Which I quite sure it wasn't their because I unbox the lens, tried on my camera and inbox again straign away. But they said because the foam was lost. That kind of thing can be a good reason for them to refuse the return. Very funny!!!! So you guys, very becareful when you order stuff on this web. Make sure you never ever had any idea about the return whatever you got because you have no chance to do that. They will work around and make you feel very frustrating and then you have give up. For me now. The lens doesn't fix my camera but I couldn't return the lens back. The lens was unbox but I didn't damage it or made any mark on it. They confirmed that as well. Why I couldn't return it?! It took me 2 months suffering from their awful service. Whenever I needed their support, I had to call then email again and again, worked around so hard then had to wait for a week for them to reply an email. But when I had complant, they fighted back to me straight away! The way they work just so funny!
