Not very pleased with the customer service I received. contacted them for a faulty Came TV lights early August I was advised by Abdur to fix it by myself while they will send the faulty parts, told them I can’t do it as I know nothing about fixing it, So I requested for the lights to be returned to them for repair. the communication was very poor they were very slow in replying to my emails and it took two months and a bunch of email to them before the’ve sent me a “Repair request Form” with an unreasonable excuse for why it took them so long to reply on my emails. Then I was told once they’ve received the product they will send it to Came TV in China to be repaired. Now I’ve paid £19.44 for the faulty product to be returned to them as they said they don’t do free post or arrange free collections for their goods. So be careful and prepare to pay the return fee if you have somehow received a faulty product from them.
