So we ordered and paid for a Shure SM58 for our 9 year old daughter for Christmas. We were expecting delivery then some time after we were sent an email saying there had been a price increase and the order would be cancelled if additional payment was not sent!I replied stating trading standards that the transaction should be honored as completed and stil at the price we had paid the company was not losing money. No reply no apology nothing, just a refund. Fortunately we have enough to to order for a decent company. * DO NOT USE Digibroadcast *After reading this review DigiBroadcast then wrote (see below):-You were contacted by one of our staff member, refunded the same day and given apology over the telephone in regards to our T&C and trading standards policy.WHICH IS AN ABSOLUTE LIE ON TOP OF EVERYTHING THAT HAS ALREADY HAPPENED!
