I am obliged to badly review them…

I am obliged to badly review this company as in all steps of the process they have lacked professionality and left me completely alone in the dark as a customer.Website: shows "immediate dispatch" of products they don't hold in stock and have no clue of dispatch times. FALSE ADVERTISING!Telephone: I called in and their Sales Manager confirmed the products were in stock. I clearly specified I was going with Digibroadcast as other vendors didn't have that product in stock and they confirmed it was. UNTRUE! Payment: after confirming the quote, my accountant paid the entire order via Bank Transfer and have sent them the receipt. After weeks without receiving the delivery tracking number, I have called and they've had the audacity to tell me the products went "out of stock" from the moment I've confirmed the order to the moment I've paid! ABSURD...Management: I've had the patience to call several (more than 20x) their office asking for ETA and each time they've used a different excuse. As I felt the person who I was dealing with wasn't competent, I have asked to speak to a supervisor. They have denied transferring me to a superior saying "this is how we operate"... UNPROFESSIONAL.E-mail: dead silent on e-mail communications. Never returned e-mails on time and simply IGNORED ME!Delivery: without providing tracking number nor informing me that 1 (out of 8) product has been dispatched, I receive an e-mail from the courier. I was starting to be happy when...the AC power cable inside the box wasn't correct and I had to call them (a million times) to request the correct cable. LACK OF ATTENTION!Post sales: I called in asking about the other products and another guy told me the Sales Manager that was dealing with my case went on PTO and only he could help me...ONE MAN COMPANY?Refund: after 1month of the initial order I've decided to ask refund of the undelivered items. I've had to call again several times to request a refund and I have never received any confirmation of my refund process status and, once more, was LEFT IN THE DARK... Conclusion: THE most frustrating experience I've had in this country. The stress I've had was more than enough to motivate me to write this review and I assure that I've made myself clear directly to them before coming publicly. Digibroadcast, if you bother about customer satisfaction, please address the above issues.
