After all is said and done the program I purchased is working great. I had some issues, mostly of my own making, but with their help I was able to get it all squared away. Some advice for anyone else. Make sure your Windows computer settings allows programs from someplace other than the Microsoft Store. Mine didn't, hence the problem.
