I purchased MS Office for Mac in December 2020 and was immediately sent a code with a download link, I was initially sent the wrong code but within 15 minutes I had the correct code with an apology, first thumbs up, In July 2021 I upgraded to a New Mac Silicon and wanted to install the office package I had purchased. I struggled so I contacted DZ and again within 1hr (6 months after purchase) I had a reply with instructions and a link how to do this, second thumbs up. Customer service is pretty awful these days but these guys put the others to shame. Thanks DZ, I will be recommending you to anyone I know that needs software. Thumbs up for all! 5 ⭐️ Service.
