I purchased Microsoft 365 Office in Jan 2023. In July my hard drive crashed. I had to get it replaced and then could not download using previous key. I contacted company who simply sent me a link to Microsoft office (with no instructions) and even though I used the login/password I used previously (wrote it down so I would not forget), still could not download. Called and was basically told too bad that I must have used another email address etc which I did not. I understand people do that but that is why I wrote it down. They offered no help.
