Ordered 2011 office - guaranteed availability didn't materialise but someone helped me resolve by updating my laptop to recieve 2016 office instead for £3 less! So winner really... £3 refund. Although I should've probably planned better it was needed immediately for my work and a presentation - maybe 2011 office shouldn't be advertised if key unavailable to access. Strange at £3 more than a later office too. All in all though the person that helped me was brilliant and very accommodating.
