Was having trouble after purchasing a copy of MS Project Professional 2024 with getting it installed. I tried searching the internet and others had had problems as well. I didn't understand the so called possible fixes that didn't work for other people so I messaged support thinking I wasn't going to get much help. Customer Support got back to me almost immediately, advising that it might be that Office 2021 (which I had) and Project 2024 can't coexist. This had been my thought. He sent me a Project 2021 download and key and I was able to get up and running with no problems.I was extremely satisfied with their assistance and would highly recommend them.
