ADebited account but later received an email saying to complete the purchase. The company are saying a code was delivered however this qaa before the complete purchase email. The company are aware that the software has not been downloaded and offered a replacement. Which means they can cancel the code but refuse to refund. I have received very poor customer service and the they are now not responding. Response received from this company today is completely false or they have forwarded the codes to someone else - I cannot see that my email account or computer have been compromised in any way and I most certainly DID NOT download any codes, after being advised to complete order I used another company and received my Microsoft Office package within minutes and was up and running very quickly. I am a small online business and your insinuation that I would make either a liar or thief of myself for £80 is quite despicable.
