I waited 3 days for any communication after purchasing on line. I repeatedly emailed with no replies.I was then contacted via whatsapp on the 3rd day, saying the email had been sent even though none had been received.Instead i received a screenshot of the email. Followed by another WhatsApp message with the links.In the interim i had to purchase the software direct with AutoCad who have been nothing but professional.I would avoid this company.
