I was looking to convert 17 tapes (5 VHS and 12 V8) to MP4 files. I found Digital Converters through an online search and got a quote which I thought was very reasonable. The process of packing and posting the tapes was easy and I sent the tapes off on Friday 3rd January. Digital Converters contacted me when they'd received the tapes to say that they all looked fine and would start work on them straightaway. I received the tapes back, plus the memory stick containing the 17 MP4 files, on Weds 15th January which I thought was very quick. I've now reviewed the MP4 files and am delighted with the quality of them. Digital Converters did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone looking to convert old tapes.
