After being told that changing to Digital Fibre would be a seamless transition, we were disappointed to be without a landline and internet for about three weeks, this was mainly due to the fact that a wrong connector was sent out with our new modem.Although all members of staff were helpful and polite, I had difficulty in contacting anyone by email, and replies were very slow. At one point I was told my emails had got lost in the system.
