Unfortunately, during my switching over process for my mobile phone, I was aware that advancing age, possible senility and even late developing dyslexia was playing a part. I managed to forget the order of letters for the PAC code (Was it APC? Or CAP?)🤔 A phonecall later and I was corrected. On this occassion I spoke to Mae, who along with her professionalism, clarity of instructions, (which I remembered to write down this time!) showed a wonderful sense of humour at my predicament. Patience is very much a virtue and she has this by the cartload! (You need it with me!) Absolute delight to talk to, and yet another of your wonderful team that should keep customers on board for many years. Brilliant!👏
