I regret not listening to the negative reviews and decided to give them a chance. After paying, I waited for results and reached out multiple times. When I finally got through, I was told they hadn't responded due to an outstanding balance. They are just like the scammers I’m trying to track. I wish I had paid attention to the many negative reviews, as there are over 100 complaints lodged.
