The company which cares about the customers has a great potential to grow and improve. Their opinions and reviews matter for the business to grow or shrink. I had an unpleasant experience previously with the case manager (Evan) but the other case manager (Shannon) took the situation seriously and reached me out. I was quite surprised at her polite and apologetic attitude about my situation with the previous case manager. She listened to me and cared about my case. Because of that, I changed my review to 4 stars for now and once I get the full refunds back then I will put 5 stars and write the whole story of the journey I take with the Digital Forensics Corp. Thank you, Shannon for assisting my case. Once I lost my trust in this company due to the previous experience but you regained my trust back and I have a sincere appreciation to you.
