Like many vulnerable people that reach out to this company. I just wanted to report the incident. But they reached back out and convinced me that I was in danger of a severe threat, and that I was dealing with professionals, and that I needed to sign up for their services immediately or I was at risk for worse and sextortion. Andrew Foy, the account manager on the phone was very convincing, he had his script down to a T. These people are not genuinely interested in helping others, they are interested in getting all of your money and pressuring you into upgrades and phase 2. The following are some of the promises that they get you hooked on when you sign up for their program.

Of course I was terrified, haven’t slept for a couple of days because I was being emailed with threatening emails, Andrew knew how upset I was, and I was in tears on the phone, he convinced me that they could stop these people from leaking the content and find them. The next day they remote accessed my phone and just had me adjust some settings, they did a scan and called me the next day with a report with the obvious, they just took screenshots of me adjusting my settings and told me that the source was a leaked password (OBVIOUSLY) and that they click the extortion link and it hadn’t been used before and that they couldn’t track the person because he emailed me through my own email. Which is understandable, but that was the end of phase one and I paid $3000 for a “phone scan”.
