They gave me the game but after 1 year. I got logged out even after following their guidelines. and now they are not even helping. saying you have to pay us again and we will not give you the OTP. When I contacted support, they completely ignored me for days.🚨 They ONLY responded after I filed an official cybercrime complaint with Indian authorities (cybercrime.gov.in) and left this public review.When they finally messaged me, they tried to manipulate me: "Delete your review and we'll give you the OTP." This violates Trustpilot's own policies against review manipulation. I offered REASONABLE terms to resolve this properly: Written service guarantee (since verbal promises mean nothing to them)24-hour OTP response time (basic customer service)Clear website policies (so others don't get trapped)Fair refund terms if they repeat this Behaviour.
