This is my first purchase(wukong high demanded game). they are professional and They guide everything for installation and also delivered the game on time best and affordable price. Thanks alot GAMEZONE team. I will buy more games in future.
I purchased Black Myth Wukong on 14-09-2024 and haven't received the game yet. They sent me a message on WhatsApp on 15-09-2024 with credentials to a Steam account, but I cannot log in without a verification code. I've been messaging them on WhatsApp, emailed them and even sent a DM on Instagram, yet there has been no response.Update: I received a response from "Gamezone", they kept insisting that I delete the negative review. When I did not do so, they removed my access to the game. Now I have no access to the game and I am out ₹500 that I spent on the game.Truly one of the worst purchase I ever made. Please do not buy from these guys, they do not care what happens to the customers, they only care about their ratings and money.
they resolved the issue and provided me the account but I'm giving four star because delivery is much worse it takes two full day to deliver the product which they promised to deliver in 12 hrs. please improve that .i enjoying the game though its is a shared account they provided me
They shared detail correct but because of some updates i am not able to start the Ubisoft or steam with the provided detail and now I am trying to get verification but they are also not replying back on whats app, Can someone look into this issue on priorityBut issue is now resolved, thanks a lot Team
Bought a few games here. Service used to be good before, but now it sucks // Especially if you encounter any bugs or unable to access that account at some point. But if you can afford it, its better to buy the original, or you can find alternative sites that responds and solve any issue you might have quickly. It's my personal experience during the month of September 2024. Look at the recent reviews in case they have improved.
