I placed an order for a tote bag on 07/12/2025, and as of 12/01/2026, it still hasn't been shipped. I've sent two messages through the website to cancel the order and request a refund, but I've received no response from the support team and no refund has been issued. I will not be purchasing from this company again... very disappointing!
I placed an order on 22nd November but did not receive a dispatch confirmation for 12 days. During that period, I ordered the same item from another seller, unaware they were essentially the same. The first order was delivered a day later than the second. I returned the original item to the first seller on 9th December, and it was received by them on 12th December, with all tracking details available. However, the seller claims they haven't received it, despite the tracking stating otherwise. A month later, I'm still waiting for my refund. I've reached out multiple times but have only received one response.
