I bought two games In the span of 3 days the games were(forza horizon and black myth wukong).had great experience they were fast they sent the account details within 2 hours and were ready to help in setting it up so yeah you can trust this web.should see if I have a good experience going forward.
Game zone tricked me into buying access to a game pass account instead of getting a code to add to my existing game pass account - i will in no way be linking my xbox to thier random account details. I didnt activate the account - but they refused a refund even when notified within a day. Dont use them and dont trust the trust pilot score - these are clearly fake reviews.
Literally the best website for all game lovers of every era.....it gives a feel as if we are lost brothers but love between us let us met after many years......I sincerely appreciate and thanks from the inner core of my heart ❤️❤️❤️❤️..... please never ever stop supplying with games.... we're easily getting those games at affordable prices 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀.......god bless you......keep going.........
They gave me the game but after 1 year. I got logged out even after following their guidelines. and now they are not even helping. saying you have to pay us again and we will not give you the OTP. They are scammers don't buy from them.. when you pay for a game you get it. no matter the time...UPDATE (Sept 2025): How They REALLY Handle Complaints. After using their service for exactly 1 year, I was suddenly logged out and they demanded I buy the same game AGAIN. When I contacted support, they completely ignored me for days.🚨 They ONLY responded after I filed an official cybercrime complaint with Indian authorities (cybercrime.gov.in) and left this public review.When they finally messaged me, they tried to manipulate me: "Delete your review and we'll give you the OTP." This violates Trustpilot's own policies against review manipulation. I offered REASONABLE terms to resolve this properly: Written service guarantee (since verbal promises mean nothing to them)24-hour OTP response time (basic customer service)Clear website policies (so others don't get trapped)Fair refund terms if they repeat this Behaviour. Their response? Laughing emojis: "😂😂😂 terms after using 1 year" and told me to "keep the review."🔍 WHAT THIS TELLS YOU:1. Legal pressure is the ONLY thing they respond to - they ignored me completely until authorities got involved2. They mock customers who try to resolve issues reasonably - that laughing emoji response shows their true attitude3. Their "never sign out" promise is impossible - Steam updates, Windows restarts, internet issues all force logoutsMultiple customers report IDENTICAL experiences - check other reviews mentioning OTP issues and 1-year cutoffsFOR FUTURE CUSTOMERS:Screenshot EVERYTHING from day one.Know that you're buying temporary access, not permanent ownership. Expect to be ignored until you take legal action. They operate by gaming platform violations (Steam account sharing is against ToS).The worst of all.. they ask you for money because they know you have played this game and you have some checkpoints you have saved. Don't buy from this platform. Because your whole 1 week or 1 month progress will go to waste. Just because they are asking for a payment everytime you get logged out.Now they are showing their real self.. started harassing me by using bad language. I don't have option to screenshot otherwise I would have.
Brought AC SHADOWS but got disconnected after new DLC UPDATE. They pay no heed to whatsapp messages. Really Disappointing. Just needed the one time password after game update. They aren't able to respond to that. i was hoping to buy some other stuff from them . really sad and disappointing.
