I had ordered an ID badge printer after carefully choosing it online. Nowhere on the website it was mentioned that it is not compatible with MacBook Air, so after going through hell trying to get to the Customer Service department and finding out where to send it back which took nearly 2 weeks and endless calls (they usually never answer the phone), I received a phone call from someone located in the Netherlands if I remember correctly trying to convince me to believe that they have not misrepresented the product. She initially refused to fully reimburse me due to the fact that I had opened the printer, when there was no other way for me to find out that it wasn't compatible with my MacBook Air. After endless conversations and phone calls they finally agreed to give me a return address.I have returned the printer over a month ago, got confirmed by their Customer Service team that a refund was processed on the 1st of March, but having talked to one of their Account Managers, I found out that's a lie, and that the refund was only processed today.They don't stop lying, there is no way for someone to get their money back, they avoid phone calls and constantly lie and deceive. I doubt I will ever receive a refund from them and I'd like to warn people to STAY AWAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE from this company.
