This experience was utterly disappointing, a total scam. The representative makes grand promises but fails to deliver. They took our hard-earned money and left us with no improvement in traffic. My dissatisfaction with the service is immense. I strongly advise against hiring them. There was a constant turnover of staff, minimal data reporting, canceled meetings, and a lack of accountability. Their work was subpar and often incomplete, costing us additional money beyond just the traffic issues. I could elaborate endlessly on how terrible this service is. They were fully aware that we were spending funds we couldn't afford in hopes of boosting sales, yet after five months of lackluster results, they still took the final payment of $2,900 for work they had no intention of completing. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.
