With a $1.5k/month SEO budget and all content prepared by our team (as they were incapable of writing it), they managed to deliver only three leads over six months—none of which converted. When we chose to halt further work, they vanished. All email accounts we used returned errors after our cancellation notice, and all phone numbers listed were disconnected. We even contacted accounting only to find their number belonged to an unrelated medical service. Complaints were filed with relevant authorities. We changed all passwords and access to our website, thankfully avoiding a hostage situation. We lost $1,500.00, serving as a warning to anyone considering their services. I would STRONGLY AVOID these scammers. Lastly, their website claims a diverse team, but we never interacted with anyone without an Indian accent, and all listed US addresses were nonexistent. Our main contact, who appeared Caucasian, had a strong Indian accent and is now gone. I suspect this is an India-based operation using a call service for US interactions, evident from long wait times.
