I ordered a piano, and it arrived beautifully packaged, but unpacking took a good hour. The piano seemed perfect externally. After assembling it, we opened the hood, only to find two areas of damage. This damage couldn't have occurred during transit but likely during production. We contacted the support team immediately, providing photos and details. They claimed that since we didn't report the damage upon delivery, they wouldn't accept that it occurred before shipping. I am now hiring an independent surveyor and considering legal action. I advise against using this company and caution against the quality of the products.
