One star is too generous for this terrible organization. It's crucial for people to stay away from them. They would shut my device off for days, then constantly email and call me, claiming it hadn't moved since I set it up. They never sent a real email response; it was always calls when I tried to reach out. It felt like they wanted to avoid leaving a paper trail. When I decided to quit and requested the $35 I had earned, they claimed I forfeited my earnings upon quitting, and anything under $50 isn't redeemable. It feels like they are stealing my earnings while benefiting from the data they gathered. This is outright fraud. I would have reached $50 by now if they hadn't kept shutting off the device and delaying updates and surveys. They have months of data from my computer, yet I see nothing from it.
