I never got my rewards even though I was paid for the first few. After completing the task for 56k gems, I received nothing. I emailed them repeatedly but got the same frustrating response. It seems like a never-ending cycle of updates without any resolution. It's been over a week, and I still haven't received my gems for level 22 in the game. This is extremely disappointing.
