While it occasionally works for a brief time, more often than not it fails, leading to wasted time and real money with little to no return. When I reported not receiving the reward for 50 wins despite getting the one for 100, I was dismissed, and now I'm unable to claim any further rewards. This is especially frustrating after spending money on in-game items that likely won't be reimbursed.
