This is the second time my appointment has been cancelled. You falsely stated that you spoke to me and that I cancelled myself. This is incorrect — I received only a text message.I placed my order on 5 January and am now told the next engineer is not available until 9 February. Being “busy” or blaming the weather in Ireland is not an acceptable excuse.This service is unacceptable and extremely frustrating.
